You can find multe near Bergen
and in northern Norway/Sápmi.




Multe sits cradled in a white flower
and is ripe in late summer.


The multe plant grows in alpine and arctic tundra and loves anaerobic peat. Sometimes the berry has been called peat berry.
Radio Multe is named after multe or molte, an arctic berry known in English as cloudberry.





Multe is wild and very hard to domesticate.
